MOCALMO accepts exchanges and returns within 14 days of receiving your shoes. Shoes must be in the same condition that you received them in - unworn and unused - with tags, and in their original packaging. 

To start an exchange or return, you can either request it directly on your MOCALMO account or contact us at keepcalm@mocalmo.com. We’ll then send you a pre-paid return shipping label. You will not receive a refund if you send back the shoes without first requesting a return or if you use your own return shipping labels.

We do not accept exchanges or returns of worn shoes, so we advice that you try the shoes on a clean or carpeted surface and minimize walking in them to best keep the shoes intact. 

Returned shoes undergo a rigorous quality control inspection, and we are not able to refund returned shoes that do not meet our standards. In such cases, we will return the shoes to you. 

If approved, your refund will be processed on your original payment method. 

Returns for refunds will incur a flat $20 per shoe fee for return shipping, refurbishment, and restocking.

Exchanges and returns for store credit do not incur the restocking fee and will still receive free U.S. shipping. Exchanges are shipped as soon as we receive the returned shoes.

Mocalmo is not responsible for any lost or missing packages.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the shoes are defective, damaged or if you received the wrong shoes, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
